Information Sharing Within Our Affiliated Family of Companies
To provide you with superior service, inform you of product and service opportunities that may be of interest to you, and for other business purposes, we may disclose some or all of the nonpublic personal information that we collect about you, as described above, to the following types of affiliated companies (an "affiliated company" or "affiliate" is a company that we own or control, or that is commonly owned or controlled by our parent holding company): (1) financial service providers such as companies engaged in consumer finance, mortgage lending, and insurance; and (2) non-financial companies, such as our home security system provider.
The law allows us to share your name, address and facts about your transactions and experiences with us (such as your loan payment history) within our affiliated family of companies. However, you have the right to prevent us from sharing with our affiliates' any information about you other than your name, address and facts about your transactions and experiences with us. If you do not want us to share such other information with our affiliates, please fill out the "opt-out" form at the end of this privacy policy and return it to us at the address indicated. Once we receive your opt-out form, we will stop sharing this information within a reasonable period of time.
Information Sharing With Third Party Service Providers
Westminster Title Agency, Inc. also may disclose some or all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing arrangements. If you do not want us to share such other information with these third party service providers, please fill out the "opt-out" form at the end of this privacy policy and return it to us at the address indicated. Once we receive your opt-out form, we will stop sharing this information within a reasonable period of time.
Information Sharing With Other Third Parties and Your Opt Out Rights
Westminster Title Agency, Inc. also may disclose all of the nonpublic personal information we collect, as described above, to the following types of unaffiliated companies: (1) financial service providers, such as banking institutions, consumer finance companies, securities brokerage firms and insurance companies; and (2) non-financial companies, such as home security system providers and fulfillment service providers.

Information Sharing Permitted By Law
In addition to the third parties described above, we also may share your nonpublic personal information to certain nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.
Our Former Customers
After you are no longer a customer of Westminster Title Agency, Inc., we will continue to treat the nonpublic personal information we have about you as if you were still our customer. You will have the same opt-out rights as an existing customer.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
